Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us at enchantedgiftshop.co.uk you have agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. By accepting these terms and conditions at the time of ordering you are entering into a contractual agreement.
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after the day we have delivered the goods to your delivery address.
PAYMENT
Your shopping experience with us here at enchantedgiftshop.co.uk could not be safer, your payment details are entered directly onto our payment service providers 128 bit encrypted web pages and at no point are your details held on our system at all.
If you do not want to enter your Credit or Debit card details online via our website or if infact you do not have one, you can choose to pay via the new method of PayOffline - this is a new and exciting venture which enables you to shop with us and then pay at over 17,000 different Payzone points around the UK, these are found in Post Offices, Garages and Grocery Stores plus many other convenient places - for further info please visit http://www.payoffline.co.uk
You can also pay with us through Google Checkout, Paypal or even Nochex.

PRICES
We are entitled to make adjustments to the prices shown on our website to take into account any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes/duties, or if in error the price is incorrect regardless of the status of your order.

We are VAT registered, and our registration number is GB 916 6951 93
All product prices & delivery charges shown on our website are including VAT (except where applicable), and the amount you are being charged in VAT can be seen once you add a product to your shopping basket.
You can receive a VAT invoice upon request by using our email address on the contacts page.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
At any given time we or our suppliers can sell out of all available stock of a particular product.
If this does ever happen, we will back order it for you. You will then be emailed with an anticipated delivery date and also the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not at any time disclose your information to third parties.
Any information given at the time of ordering is collected by us for the sole intention of completing your order.
We may use this information to inform you from time to time, by e-mail, of new products and services available from us - which you can opt-out of at any time by replying to the email you receive with 'unsubscribe' in the heading.
All information is collected and used lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998
RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, please contact us BEFORE returning any items for a returns reference number, either by email through our contact us page or via FREEPHONE on 0800 612 7606 -- if you do not obtain a valid returns reference number, there will be a delay in processing your refund/exchange, and further administration fees could apply.
We will accept returns up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to your delivery address.
You must not have used them and must have kept them in the original delivered condition and you must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
The goods must be returned to us in the original delivered condition, with the original undamaged packaging which we recommend wrapping to ensure the return of the package in resaleable condition. If any damages occur during return transit you the customer are responsible in full and a refund will be given minus the cost to repair or replace the item.
If you do return items yourself, you MUST obtain proof of posting otherwise no liability will be accepted regarding non-receipt by ourselves -we also recommend if the item is of high value to take out added insurance.
If you wish to return any goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days only. You must not have used the goods and you must have kept them in the condition they were delivered in. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.

If you have returned an item and wish to discuss your refund, please contact us via email through our contact us page or via FREEPHONE on 0800 612 7606 - quoting either your order number or returns number.
DISCLAIMER
We cannot offer any advice with regard to the therapeutic or metaphysical properties of any product we sell -- We advise everyone to seek professional advice if in doubt when using any of these products -- we will not be held liable for any misuse.
If your order contains an Athame, you must be aged 18 or over to purchase it -- By ordering an Athame you are confirming you meet this condition and we will not be held responsible for any misuse.
These terms and conditions are in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
