We send all our deliveries via a Recorded or Carrier service to provide a secure delivery for you as-well as ourselves.

Delivery charges include VAT where applicable, an indication of the delivery charges are as follows:

*Once parcels going to the UK Mainland are over 15kg in weight, the delivery charge may be higher than specified in the shopping cart - we will contact you after your purchase to confirm the exact amount.

For UK Mainland customers only we offer FREE shipping on all orders over £60 ex vat.

We aim to dispatch all products in stock within 24hrs of your payment clearing, and you can expect delivery 2-4 days after this.

All other items come direct from our suppliers and you can expect delivery between 4-14 days after your payment has cleared.  Where a product is not in stock we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date as soon as possible.

On arrival of your order, all items must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to notify us of any damage, if we are not notified of any damages within this time, you agree to indemnify enchantedgiftshop.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us.

Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us BEFORE returning any items for a returns reference number, either by email through our contact us page or via telephone on FREEPHONE 0800 612 7606 -- if you do not obtain a valid returns reference number, there will be a delay in processing your refund/exchange, and further administration fees could apply.

We will accept returns up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to your delivery address.

You must not have used them and must have kept them in the original delivered condition and you must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.

The goods must be returned to us in the original delivered condition, with the original undamaged packaging which we recommend wrapping to ensure the return of the package in re-saleable condition.   If any damages occur during return transit you the customer are responsible in full and a refund will be given minus the cost to repair or replace the item.

If you do return items yourself, you MUST obtain proof of posting otherwise no liability will be accepted regarding non-receipt by ourselves, we also recommend if the item is of high value to take out added insurance.

If you wish to return any goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days only. You must not have used the goods and you must have kept them in the condition they were delivered in. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.

We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
