What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express and Maestro card payments  -- we also accept Google Checkout and Paypal payments or you can contact us on FREEPHONE 0800 612 7606 and we can take your payment over the phone.

Is your payment processing secure?
Yes! -- all our payments are processed using our payment providers 128bit Secure Server. 

Their secure-server software encrypts all your personal information, which includes your debit or credit card details aswell as your address details - The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

How much is your delivery charge?
All UK deliveries start from £2.50 - and every parcel is sent via Royal Mail or via one of our National Carriers.



If you spend over £60 ex vat you will receive free delivery - this is to UK Mainland addresses only.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Our aim is to dispatch all 'in stock' products within 24hrs of receiving payment for your order.

An 'in stock' product is easily identified on a product page by our icon - which means that we have the item in stock and you will receive it within 2-4 working days, AND at no extra cost to you!

If there is no 'Fast Delivery' icon on the product page, this means that the product comes direct from one of our suppliers, and can take between 4-14 days to get to you --- but don't fret, we keep you updated all the way, and will contact you with delivery times once you have placed your order.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If you contact us before the order is dispatched, then yes we can change the delivery address for you, however, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address, due to security reasons from our carriers.

If your order gets returned to us as undeliverable you will encure an extra delivery charge to send the order back out to you.

How do you keep me informed of my order status?
As we are an Internet based company, we try to make all our communication with you through the wonderful medium that is e-mail -- This means we can keep you updated about your order quickly and efficiently.

We do of course use other forms of communication, these being the telephone and postal service, however, we believe these are less convenient for you, as you can pick up emails when you want to, and not be disturbed by a phone call, or have to wait days for a letter to arrive.

Can I return a product to you?
Yes! -- Will we accept any product back aslong as you contact us within 7 days from the day after you receive your order, the product MUST be in the same condition as we delivered it you as (resaleable) -- please contact us before you return the item as we need to give you a returns reference number -- for more detailed information please see our section 'Shipping & Returns' by clicking here

If you want to return an item more than 7 days but less than 30 days after you have received it - it is up to us whether we accept it back or not -- please contact us on our returns email address by clicking here-- explain why you want to return the item, confirm that it is in the original undamaged packaging and that it is in a resaleable condition, and we will get back to you within 24hrs of receiving your email --- again, please see our 'Shipping & Returns' policy

What's this about you giving my money to charity?




Here at the Enchanted Gift shop we try to do everything we can for the environment and the animals that inhabit it - and we believe one way of doing this is giving to charities that look after animals.

As of the Easter Holiday 2008 we are now giving 1% of the value of all orders that we receive to the National Animal Welfare Trust  - which we believe is as worthy as any animal charity doing their bit to look after the animals that are neglected in the UK.

You don't have to do anything other then make your normal purchase with us - you pay for the products and postage as normal and we then donate to the charity out of our small profit -
it doesn't cost you a penny!

We do this by totting up our order totals at the end of each month and given 1% of this total to the charity.

Our aim is to raise a humble £500 within the next 12 months -- and even if you do not want to make a purchase through us, you can still donate to the charity through our fundraising page here ... we've teamed up with the website 'justgiving' who offer a very clever service of being able to donate to charities online.
